The Village at Redlands offers more than just a retirement community. We have a complete selection of Cottage Homes, Apartment Homes, services and activities that focus on maintaining your independence. We listen carefully to your personal needs, preferences and requests, to help provide the services you may need. Where else can you view snow-caped mountains, statuesque palm trees and groves of oranges...all at the same time? The Village at Redlands has been designed to take advantage of the natural beauty of the site, with an outstanding view of the San Bernardino Mountains. The design emphasizes open space, inviting residents to spend time outdoors.
Our Design
The Village at Redlands is designed for seniors ages 62 and over. Our housing options include cottage style homes with two bedrooms, garages and private yards while our apartments offer generous living space within a community building and include all utilities. There is no buy-in required and the month-to-month rent includes monthly activities and access to transportation for weekly shopping. We understand that the needs of our senior residents can change quickly. That’s why we offer flexible month-to-month leases and a low $500 security deposit, providing peace of mind and adaptability.
HOME Low Income Units
We have a small selection of low income apartments available through the HOME program of San Bernardino to income qualified applicants. Please contact us to inquire about rates, applications, income restrictions or to get placed on our waiting list.
